Boston Mallory – Trial Lawyer

Boston comes from a family of trial attorneys. His grandfather, uncle, and sister are all Texas trial attorneys. Growing up around his grandfather and uncle inspired him to pursue a career as a trial lawyer.

Boston joined Zehl & Associates as an attorney after completing a 1-year federal clerkship for a United States Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Texas. Prior to his clerkship, he worked at Zehl & Associates as a law clerk for 2 years while completing his law degree at South Texas College of Law. During his time as a law clerk at the firm, he took and defended depositions with his Supervised Practice Card and gained valuable insights into personal injury law.

Prior to attending law school, Boston attended Wake Forest University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics. After graduating from Wake Forest, Boston was eager to return to Texas to pursue his law degree at South Texas College of Law.

At South Texas, Boston graduated with honors—in the top 10% of his class—and earned numerous awards for receiving the highest grade in his law school classes. As a result of his academic success, he was inducted into the Order of the Lytae. He also served on the South Texas Law Review, was the Managing Editor of the South Texas Energy Newsletter, and was an active participant on the nationally acclaimed South Texas Moot Court Team—competing in two national competitions as both a brief writer and oral advocate.

Outside of work, Boston enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and hunting.
