Chain Reaction Prompted by 2011 International Semi Truck Colliding with Toyota Rav 4
Traffic was backed up on I-1o when a 2011 International semi truck with a flatbed trailer in tow crashed into a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 driven by Rosa Luna of El Paso, Texas.
The force of the impact pushed Luna’s vehicle into a 1996 Chevrolet Astro, 2015 Dodge Charger, 2009 Nissan Sentra and 2006 Nissan Altima. All of the vehicles were stopped in the far-right eastbound lane due to traffic congestion.
Two of the vehicles involved in the initial collision struck a 2006 Western Star semi truck and a 2015 utility truck that had been heading east in an adjacent lane.
Three Motorists Transferred to El Paso Hospital – One with Serious Injuries
