A woman from Dallas, Texas died tragically yesterday afternoon when her vehicle was involved in a violent collision with an 18-wheeler in Love County, Oklahoma.
Semi-Truck Hit Passenger Vehicle from Behind
The March 3rd accident occurred shortly before 4:00 p.m., as the victim was driving her 2004 Pontiac GTO south on I-35 near Thackerville. According to the Oklahoma State Highway Patrol, a southbound semi-truck hit her car from behind, sending it off the roadway.
The 39-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the crash scene.
The Oklahoma 18-wheeler accident remains under investigation. Officials are apparently working to determine the condition of both drivers at the time of the crash.
