Our legal team conducted an extensive investigation of the crash, the results of which allowed our attorneys to obtain the first ever court-ordered overnight sleep study on a commercial bus driver.
The study revealed that the driver suffered from undiagnosed, obstructive sleep apnea, a condition that made him 7-times more likely to fall asleep while driving.
